On the Website Portfolio page of this website, I showcase several websites that I have designed or implemented. However, I am the “webmaster” for many other clients whose websites were designed and coded by someone else. I also do print design and layout for several clients and will be posting my print design portfolio soon. Below is a list of these ongoing clients, projects, and volunteer work that are not included in my Website Portfolio.

Better Nutrition Magazine: This site struggled to get off the ground as it required a webmaster with a print design background who could work with the InDesign source files and with a enough technical website coding and programming knowledge to do significant CSS (style sheet) changes and customize the Perl templates. A colleague of mine recommended the editor and art director of the magazine to me, and we launched the site June 15, 2009. The site was designed by another designer, and I took over making it “work.” I now upload each month’s articles, make design changes as requested, and implement new functionality as needed. We hope to develop the interactivity on the site over the next year. |

Lingoport: Adam Asnes founded Lingoport in 2001 as he noticed the increasing need for software internationalization as software companies starting to expand their businesses worldwide. Adam is a frequent speaker and columnist on globalization technology. For my part, I did some redesign of the website, implementing the lovely header images, and provide ongoing technical support for the site (such as implementing and designing new sidebar widgets, etc.). I work alongside Bethany Siegler with Unique Think who produces Lingoport’s e-newsletter and asssits with Lingoport’s marketing strategies and webinars. |

Gazelles: Gazelles was founded by Verne Harnish, author of The Rockefeller Habits. From this book, Verne has developed a worldwide business consulting service. I produce the printed workshop materials for Gazelles two annual Sales & Marketing and Growth Summits which they co-host with FORTUNE Small Business Magazine. I also work with their business coaching arm, Gazelles Systems, in producing workshop fliers, workbooks, and other materials. They are now partnering with The Entrepreneurs‘ Organization (EO) to create customized business planning workshops for executives, for which we are currently creating materials. |

Rabbi Gavriel Golfeder: Aish Kodesh is Boulder’s only orthodox synagogue. They are “open orthodox,” meaning that anyone (regardless of religious affiliation) can participate in their congregation and activities. As my neighbors and friends, we do a lot of things together, including work on their website which I designed for them last fall. I am currently helping them develop a publicity plan for the Rabbi’s new project: Soul Food Boulder. Soul Food is an outreach to non-religious Jews bringing radical Jewish culture to Boulder to stimulate dialogue for those in search of authentic Jewish identity. We also created a website for Boulder’s eiruv and for the Rabbi’s alternative teachings and music. |

| Graphic Designers and Website Programmers: I work with several graphic designers and website programmers customizing WordPress themes for them through creative use of CSS, WordPress plugins, and the WordPress template tags.
Designers provide layered Photoshop files, and I take responsibility for the website implementation either working through the designer or directly with the client. I contribute my own creative skill in implementing and styling page content and provide feedback on efficient website design for ease of long-term maintenance. Other website coders hire me by the hour for consultations or to implement certain functionality on a site. Many of my clients are out of state, and I work well remotely via email, iChat, screenshare, and phone. |
